This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Flash IPTV ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Flash IPTV application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Content Disclaimer
Flash IPTV is strictly a media player. We do not provide, host, or distribute any media content, playlists, or streams. You must provide your own content. We are not responsible for the media you choose to play through our application, and we do not endorse the streaming of copyrighted material without permission.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Flash IPTV offers premium features unlocked via auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. We offer the following tiers:
- Flash IPTV Unlimited Monthly (`flash_iptv_unlimited_monthly`): A monthly auto-renewing subscription.
- Flash IPTV Unlimited Yearly (`flash_iptv_unlimited_yearly`): An annual auto-renewing subscription.
- Flash IPTV Lifetime Ultimate (`flash_iptv_lifetime_ultimate`): A one-time purchase unlocking premium features for the lifetime of the app.
Subscription Terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and will identify the cost of the renewal.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
3. Standard Apple EULA Terms
Because you have downloaded this App from the Apple App Store, the following standard Apple terms apply:
- Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Flash IPTV only, and not with Apple. Flash IPTV, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and Support: Flash IPTV is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
- Warranty: Flash IPTV is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. Apple will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Product Claims: You acknowledge that Flash IPTV, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: product liability claims; any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Flash IPTV, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
