How do I unlock PRO features?
You can unlock PriceLens PRO directly within the app. Go to the Menu and tap on the yellow Unlock PRO button or the Virtual Cart icon. It is a one-time purchase or yearly subscription.
Why is the camera not scanning?
Please ensure you have granted Camera permissions in your device settings. Try to hold the phone steady and ensure good lighting on the price tag.
Does it work offline?
Yes! PriceLens saves the latest exchange rates to your device. You can scan and convert prices even without an internet connection.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or switched phones, go to the PRO Unlock screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.
